emotional intelligence at work

Network better - Jeremy Marchant

emotional intelligence at work specialises in business performance and transformation.

We approach this from the human perspective, recognising that businesses are people and, for businesses to be more successful, the people in them have to work together better.

We combine a deep understanding of emotional intelligence and people skills with extensive and varied expertise and experience in a wide variety of businesses and roles.

We all negotiate in some way or another in our business lives and, bar the few, most of us cringe and think we aren’t very good at it. I used to feel that way too until I received coaching and guidance from Jeremy Marchant of emotional intelligence at work.

All I can say is he was brilliant. What I liked was his ability to teach me in a manner that was understandable and achievable and I could see immediately how it would enhance my business. I’ve spent most of my career working on developing strong relationships and learning this skill has been one of the most valuable additions to how I work.

Thank you Jeremy for the time and investment in me! I feel far more confident and I enjoy what I do even more because of your help.
